SFFD 16-Year Old Survivor Run Over

This event happened just this past August, where a fire truck actually ran over a victim at the scene. The San Francisco Fire Department Battalion Chief actually captured footage of the foam-spraying truck allegedly running over a 16-year old survivor of the crash.
